Uni 24-02-2020: Tax policy on changing the electronic invoice

Circular No 808/CT-TTHT dated 18, February 2020 on changing the electronic invoice as follows:

The company have right to choose the vendor of electronic invoice, based on their condition and the demanding. In case the company changes a new form of electronic invoice, the company shall follow the procedures to issue the new electronic invoice and attach with new form of invoice according to the regulations ( The new invoice does not to coincide with invoice symbols or invoice number of the invoice issued ).
